Working with KGMHI

My full-time work at the REACH Institute armed me with invaluable skills to help researchers, conference managers, clinicians, and other mental health organizations with a variety of needs.  Working freelance gives me the opportunity to be involved in a variety of exciting initiatives and continue to learn the vast landscape of the mental health industry.  Services offered are flexible depending on need. 

Name it, and I will provide a proposal including a basic mockup. 

Since services offered vary drastically, payment is, also, flexible with flat rate fees for basic tasks, hourly fees for longer term projects involving the application of multiple functions (i.e. managing a webinar: design, marketing, practice with presenters, and running the event), and contracts for full program design services.  I work with each client individually to establish a good faith agreement depending on my skillset and workload.  Examples of the variety of services I offer are included below.  I have demonstrable experience and success with each.

Although much of the services offered are small in scale, I am a big thinker with a creative, yet doggedly realistic mind, I am a mission driven worker.  This pat phrase, however, has deeper meaning to me.  It implies innovation: constantly pushing to do your best work, learning from, and building on each experience to create memorable and effective experiences.  I work towards the mission of one day seeing an effective mental health care system that works for both clinicians and clients and has the capacity to provide affordable, reasonably accessible evidence-based care to all.  Education and healing of moral injury are two critical areas I focus on towards this mission.  Let me help you produce exciting, novel, person-centered experiences that lead to lasting change.
